Hi, I was under the caravan doing some DIY work when the stubby hammer I was bashing away with came forward and only for my glasses, almost took my eye out. I screamed out in pain and shock! The two lads from your company, working on the Utility/Services strip in front of our neighbour's house came legging it across, asking after my well-being, offering a first-aid kit.
